RETURNS POLICY

• You can return an item to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to return the jewelry to us by registered letter or by Colissimo for better traceability.
• Maylie & Lou is not responsible for the loss of a package by the postal services.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, and unworn. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be accepted and will be returned to you. For more information, please refer to our " General Terms and Conditions of Sale " (GTC)

REFUNDS

• Items for return and exchange will be checked once received, then refund will be issued or exchange arranged within 5 business days .
• Refunds will always be processed to the original payment method, once a refund or exchange has been processed you will receive an email confirmation.

• If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your bank, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

RETURNS PROCEDURE

• Go to your “My Orders” area to download a return voucher.
• Once completed, slip the jewel in its original packaging and the form into an envelope.
• Send the envelope to the following address:

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are treated as returns, we refund you for the returned item(s) and let you place a new order on the site.
