Delivery
Orders placed before 1 pm, Monday to Friday, ship within 24 working hours. All our jewelry is delivered in a pretty reusable pouch.
Delivery for Christmas
For delivery before Christmas, place your order before 18 December. After that date, we cannot guarantee delivery before 25 December.

Mainland France, Corsica and Monaco. For French overseas territories (DOM-TOM), see international delivery.

Returns and exchanges
Return policy
You can return a piece within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, complete and returned in their original packaging. Any item that is incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty cannot be accepted and will be sent back to you.
Personalized or engraved jewelry cannot be returned or exchanged, as it is made especially for you.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend sending your return by tracked letter or Colissimo: Maylie&Lou is not responsible for parcels lost by postal services.
How to make a return
- Email us at contact@maylie-lou.com with your order number and the piece(s) you wish to return.
- Put the jewelry in its original packaging, with your order number, in an envelope.

Refunds
Once we receive your return, we check the piece and issue your refund within 5 working days, to the payment method used for the order. You will receive a confirmation email.
Depending on your bank, the refund may take a few more days to appear on your account. If you still haven't received it, contact us at contact@maylie-lou.com.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled as returns: we refund the returned piece and you can place a new order on the site.
Defective jewelry
If your piece has a manufacturing defect, contact us with a photo: we will offer you a solution and cover the return shipping costs, in accordance with the legal guarantee of conformity.
